We do not use ammoniated Lean Finely Textured Beef in our finished commercial products. If you participate in the National School Lunch Program, the USDA Foods that are diverted to us for further processing is purchased by the USDA under their approved specifications. Any questions you have regarding USDA Foods should be directed to the USDA, Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) office.
